On behalf of the ECVD I would like to inform you as follows.

The ECVD Sport Department is very happy to nominate your team for participation in ECVD Continental Cup for Women 2010

Final entry form

­ Included you will find the final entry form. This form MUST be sent back by fax
(nr. +31.317.415.220) as well as by mail/E-mail to the secretary general of the ECVD
before the 26th March 2010. If the answer sheet is not received by that date, ECVD Sport Department reserves the right to nominate another team from the waiting list to replace your team.
­ Included you will find the team registration form. This form MUST be sent back by fax
(nr. +31.317.415.220) as well as by mail/E-mail to the organiser before the 26th March 2010. If the team registration form is not received by that date, ECVD Sport Department reserves the right to nominate another team from the waiting list to replace your team.
­ Participants that cancel their participation into the Championship two months or later before the start of the tournament will be punished by paying € 260 to the ECVD.

Costs.
­ Included you will find the invoice for the registration fee of € 650 per team and the referee travel fee of € 450 per team, to be paid to the ECVD before the 26th March 2009. If the fee is not paid by that date, ECVD Sport Department reserves the right to nominate another team from the waiting list to replace your team.
­ You will receive the invoice from the organiser for Board and Lodging fee of € 400 per participating team member, as well as for the Team Entry Fee of € 300. These fees must be paid to the organiser before the term of payment. If the fees are not paid by that date, ECVD Sport Department reserves the right to nominate another team from the waiting list to replace your team.
­ European Referee Commission (ERC) will appoint the referees. ECVD is responsible for travel arrangement and travel costs for the nominated referees. The organiser is responsible for the board and lodging of the nominated referee.

N.B.: Only those federations that have paid the WOVD membership fee can take part.

The Organiser can offer a minimal "Board and Lodging" package (on daily basis) for guests. You will receive further information from the Organiser.
