| Send the information of your International Tournament to the ECVD Promotion Officer by e-mail! |

| Please give the main data (name, date, place, entry dead line, map, etc.) of your tournament. |
|
| Attach the invitation and entry form to the e-mail in WORD format if you already have it. |
|
| The News of your Tournament will be published on the "News" page of the website soon. |
|
|
|
| For the official registration of your tournament on the ECVD Calendar you should fill the registration form and send it to the ECVD Technical Officer. |
